Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of commercial construction processes, and proficiency with construction management software. The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for all subtrades onsite, to scheduling and plan of work on site to be completed within a required schedule.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution. Oversee subcontractors and labor teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project timelines. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets design specifications and industry standards. Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion. Take part in manual labor when required

Skills



Proficiency in commercial construction - with a focus on industrial Demonstrated supervising experience within the construction industry with a focus on site management. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques. Ability to interpret technical documents such as schematics and blueprints accurately. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards in construction environments. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in budgeting, scheduling, and documentation processes. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
