Role Overview: Site Supervisor
You will oversee on-site operations, manage workers and subcontractors, maintain quality control, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You must be teachable, coachable, accountable, and an organized multitasker able to manage multiple sites monthly while keeping detailed notes and using construction management software like BuilderTrend.
Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to
Project & Personnel Management
Plan, organize, and direct renovation projects from start to finish.
Manage and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and on-site staff.
Assign tasks and schedule work to maintain project timelines.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce all company and regulatory safety standards.
Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Train workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with clients, trades, and subcontractors.
Provide timely feedback regarding quality, progress, and issues.
Attend meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Quality Control & Reporting
Ensure all work meets Pinnacle's high standards and design specifications.
Identify deficiencies early and protect project integrity.
Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and updates.
Keep company vehicle clean, inspected, and well maintained.
Problem-Solving
Address unexpected site issues to minimize impact on schedule and budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and industry regulations
Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
