Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and maintain safety protocols on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders using construction management software such as ProCore.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
• Provide guidance and support to construction crews, fostering a productive work environment.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Skills

• Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to construction projects.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Experience in quality control processes within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
• Knowledge of ProCore or similar construction management software is preferred.
• Proficient in using Bluebeam for project documentation and communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
