• Overseeing all day-to-day operations on site
• Maintaining health and safety practices
• Demonstrate safety leadership by establishing and maintaining a safe working environment and diligent safety culture on site.
• Direct and supervise labor staff on site; Direct deliveries on site and ensure storage areas are kept organized in limited space; Direct and supervise subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on site.
• Effectively managing job site workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors to attain targeted profit margin while ensuring adherence to specifications and plans.
• Working closely with Project Manager, Trade Contractors Consultants, Inspectors, and Regulatory Agencies to prepare and execute project plans and specific cations and ensure the quality of work.
• Maintain a culture of safe site practices
• Review contracts and different subcontractors

• Experience in the full build cycle
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• High rise residential experience - full cycle
• Strong leadership skills with a knowledge of technical software
• Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
• Project list included on resume
• Have a post secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent (MBA and M. Eng.Preferred)
• Have all necessary certifications like Working at Heights, WHIMIS,First Aid and Basics of Supervision
• Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale multi-family construction projects
