We're seeking a

motivated, seasoned Site Superintendent/Site Supervisor

What You'll Do:



Leadership on Site

: Act as the primary site leader for all trades and contractors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration to maintain project quality and timelines.

Project Start-Up and Review

: Review project plans with the Project Manager (PM), ensuring all required documentation and scope details are understood and accessible.

Issue Resolution

: Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues as they arise; escalate project-related concerns to the PM as necessary for resolution.

Customer Service

: Serve as a direct point of contact for Owners and Clients on site, ensuring clear communication of expectations and progress throughout each project phase.

Risk & Safety Management

: Manage site safety inspections, reporting, and compliance, ensuring that all trades complete necessary safety training and onboarding.

Quality Control

: Regularly inspect work completed by trades and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.

Closeout Activities

: Lead all closeout activities, ensuring a thorough project wrap-up and documentation.

What We're Looking For



Must be based in Halifax region and willing and able to travel regularly across the Maritimes to support projects in multiple locations.

Minimum 5 years

of experience required as a Site Superintendent in the Halifax region. Proven understanding of all phases of commercial construction and subcontractor coordination. Proficient in reading construction drawings, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and on-site reporting. Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
