Site Superintendent (Level 3 IRATA)

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every day. Oversee rope access teams and site operations while fostering a strong safety culture. Work alongside the Operations Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future work. Support and train new technicians, building the next generation of leaders.

What You Bring

IRATA Level 3 Certification (required) OFA Level 1 (minimum) Red Seal Certification (asset, not required) Construction safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, HILTI, SSI) A proven track record of leadership in rope access and construction environments
