Profile: The job exists to manage security personnel and client relations. They are responsible to assure that all operations in the site run smoothly, and if there are any complications there are resolved up to the standards of Genesis Security. Therefore, they guarantee that the rules and procedures are being met while promoting a culture and environment in where employees feel comfortable and motivated. Also, the position exists to provide a bridge of communication with the management team. General Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Follow Genesis Security\xe2\x80\x99s standards, rules, and policies. \xc2\xb7 Preserve clients\xe2\x80\x99 interests, needs, and wants at all times while working up to the standards of Genesis Security. \xc2\xb7 Attend training, orientation sessions, and staff meetings as required by Genesis Security. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that employees provide safety and security services to the property, customer and third parties. \xc2\xb7 If an incident occurs, report, and document in a detailed and accurate manner as well as follow emergency procedures. Report it to the client and management along with the resolution and following actions to reduce the hazard. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that guards\xe2\x80\x99 supervisors are promoting an efficient, professional, and agile approach when dealing with difficult situations. \xc2\xb7 Enforce all employees to follow protocols, rules, and policies of the property/event. \xc2\xb7 Assist, manage, and coach all employees to guarantee high-quality performance along with compliances with the rules, expectations, and standards of both the client and Genesis Security. \xc2\xb7 Promote a comfortable environment and strong relationships that encourages teamwork and cares for every individual. \xc2\xb7 Provide constant constructive feedback, coaching, and training to employees to enhance motivation and performance. \xc2\xb7 Encourage interactions, exchange of information, and knowledge between employees and customers. \xc2\xb7 Fully understand and be aware of the site layout from the inside and out. \xc2\xb7 Research and communicate any possible risks to security team. \xc2\xb7 Report any behaviour from staff that is not per Genesis Security standards or conduct code. \xc2\xb7 Have and enforce above and beyond customer service, performance, and high-quality deliverables while promoting health and safety procedures to employees. \xc2\xb7 Promote a collaborative culture in where all employees can rely on each other and improve motivation. \xc2\xb7 Promote a culture in where employees understand their performance impact into the organization and them as individuals. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that incidents are being resolved efficient and complying with client\xe2\x80\x99s needs. \xc2\xb7 Constantly interact with all employees to determine any issues and understand their needs. \xc2\xb7 Provide orientation and training to new employees. \xc2\xb7 Accept or decline vacations time for employees. \xc2\xb7 Report management about any changes, discrepancies, and employees\xe2\x80\x99 hours. \xc2\xb7 Constantly communicate with clients to understand their needs, desires, and worries in order to act accordingly, while demonstrating high commitment at all times. \xc2\xb7 Perform schedules where the site is always fully staffed, and there is always at least one manager. \xc2\xb7 Report day-to-day operations to clients and management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as a team player. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding customer service that understands the needs, client expectations, and act accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Honesty, discipline, commitment, accountability, and trustworthy. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding leadership skills that promote a collective culture and motivate employees. \xc2\xb7 Full knowledge of proper use of equipment. \xc2\xb7 Full knowledge of security systems databases. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and awareness of discrepancies in the environment and relationships. \xc2\xb7 Ability to resolve conflict in an efficient and agile manner while promoting non-aggressive behaviours as a conflict solution. \xc2\xb7 Ability to make difficult decisions on the sport that are efficient, ethically, and per client\xe2\x80\x99s and Genesis Security\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and standards. \xc2\xb7 Good relationship base skills so that employees and third parties feel comfortable. \xc2\xb7 Ability to promote interactions between employees and third parties. \xc2\xb7 Ability to assist, help, coach, mentor, and discipline employees. \xc2\xb7 Promote teamwork amongst employees that can motivate them to work efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Excellent multitasking skills that guarantee quality and efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Ability to make employees feel comfortable, supported, and cared. \xc2\xb7 Ability to research and understand possible outcomes and action risks. \xc2\xb7 Ability to be empathic and to understand people\xe2\x80\x99s needs. \xc2\xb7 Promote a strong culture that relies on the values of Genesis Security. \xc2\xb7 Have high level of authority and be proactive. \xc2\xb7 Ability to motivate employees to work better and understand their own growth and development. \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to perform accurate investigations of incidents. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to go above and beyond and always try to find ways to be more efficient. Experience, Education and Training: \xc2\xb7 Completed High School Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or equivalent is mandatory. \xc2\xb7 2-year in a security leadership position is mandatory \xc2\xb7 Valid Basic Security Licence is mandatory. \xc2\xb7 Completed basic security training course is mandatory. \xc2\xb7 Leadership training is an asset. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
