About the role

We are a wind energy field services company seeking a

Site Materials Coordinator

to support on-site construction operations by managing material flow, inventory, and logistics. This role ensures materials are ordered, received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support uninterrupted site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all material-related coordination Manage ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials on site Track inventory levels and maintain accurate material and turnover records Coordinate with site management to forecast material needs and delivery schedules Oversee receiving and warehousing procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy Liaise with local vendors or central warehouses to source materials as required

Qualifications

Experience in material coordination, logistics, or site administration (construction or field environment preferred) Strong organizational and inventory management skills Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Effective communication and coordination skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment

Pay: $32,200.00-$80,000.00 per year
