Position Summary

The Site Manager reports to the Customer Relations Manager and is responsible for a specific parking location to ensure company operations, policies and procedures are met. Ensure 100% client, customer satisfaction and leads on-site staff.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 6 customer care associates Enforced all company policies Mange shift schedule Resolve customer complaints Troubleshooting parking equipment issues on a site level Mange and resolve payroll / Non payroll IPASS queries Run transection reports for HR Monitoring and maintaining inventory One out tickets/value tickets place order as they come and deliver to departments I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll MIFARE emails - remove IPASS payroll staffs that are no longer with Mackenzie Health parking Perform regular inspection for - Entry/Exit Pay machines and parking office Vehicle Incident reports HPASS /end shift investigations - if a shift is not balancing Monitor the appearance and over cleanliness of the parking areas Monitoring parking capacity - P2 digital sign Performs other parking related duties as assigned - Key scan / Vario flex reports Manage two sites during your shift delegating 4 hours per site daily

Qualifications

High school diploma or higher education Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office) Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Previous customer service experience is an asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Professional demeanor with a positive and inclusive attitude Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments Flexible and adaptable to different shifts and work locations
