Position Profile
The Program Project Support and Quinsam Site Manager position is a central member of the Health Office administration team, providing direct support to the Health Director. The position requires an incumbent with strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively gather necessary paperwork and interact with staff, clients, organizations and the member Nations at large. This role is crucial to maintaining a productive and efficient work environment by managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring smooth internal communication across departments.
Level Of Experience & Job Qualifications
Certificate from a recognized institution in Health Care Administration or equivalent.
Five (5) years directly-related experience in the majority of specialties listed in the job description including experience in senior administrative support, project management, First Nations Health Authority funding and reporting
Previous experience working in a First Nations Community (particularly member communities) is preferred.
In circumstances where there is an equal combination of qualifications and experience, preference will be given to people of Aboriginal heritage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
