Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Manager to oversee daily operations at Farm in the Dell. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid background in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and experience in managing staff.

Responsibilities

Provides and oversees Residential & Vocational services effectively and efficiently. Provides and oversees accurate, consistent, and effective communication with residents, families, Parent & Guardian Policy, staff, and volunteers. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Management Staff to develop and implement fundraising projects and programs while ensuring positive public relations throughout the community at large. Ensure safety, cleanliness, health, and support necessary to enable individuals to become independent and self-sufficient members of their community. Ensure all Policies & Procedures are properly utilized in the day-to-day activities Direct, coach, train, and evaluate staff under your direction in a fair and effective manner Develops, implements, and evaluates Centered Plans and Behavioral strategies at Residential & Vocational Program

Experience:

Having experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities Supervisory experience 2-3 years Proven strong communication skills with staff, co-workers, individuals and families
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,565.00-$80,000.00 per year
