The Site Foreman is responsible for the implementation of a project from start to finish once the design, engineering, and scope of work have been established. A typical day in the life of a Foreman at the foremost is executing the projects to the satisfaction of the customer while reviewing the design, scope of work, and managing the material inventory that is required to complete the job. The Foreman works closely with the Owner and Operator. A typical day includes hands-on work, documenting, and planning for the next day or week.

Craftsmanship
- The candidate should display a high level of detail and ability to create beautiful solutions. This usually means taking a high level of pride in the finished product and not cutting corners.
Construction Ability
- The candidate should display a high level of know-how when it comes to forming, taping, millwork, cabinetry, framing, and general construction practices. Knowledge of glazing, aluminum detailing, stonework, and flashing would also be well-received and an asset.
Planning
- The candidate should be able to plan their day and week to ensure site efficiency.
Communication / Customer-facing
- The candidate should be an effective communicator, both verbally and through documentation and site memos. The ability to greet, update on projects, and communicate at the end of the day to the customer.

Qualifications:
Renovation or other construction experience is required
Valid driver's license
Experience with hand tools and other Construction power tools
Moderate mathematical skills
Problem solver
Ability to read blueprints
Foreman experience is an asset, and the desire to develop and grow
Ability to take accurate measurements
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Able to lift 60+ pounds
On feet during the day
Engineering mindset
Ability to commute to the site or to the shop
