Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, facilitating communication between various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and schedules.
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules: Track daily progress against milestones, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies: Enforce health and safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure all workers are equipped with proper PPE and follow safe work practices.
Manage site resources, materials, and equipment: Oversee the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials and equipment. Ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize waste.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation: Prepare daily reports, maintain logs of activities, incidents, and inspections, and ensure proper documentation for compliance and project tracking.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly: Address any problems that arise during construction, including personnel disputes, technical challenges, or supply delays, ensuring minimal disruption.
Train and mentor junior staff and laborers: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Coordinate closely with the Deployment Manager to ensure timely and efficient execution of site activities, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and adherence to safety and quality standards
