Job Description


Position Summary: Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site/ Project Administrator is an integral part of the project team, responsible for a wide variety of administration and coordination duties. The incumbent provides high quality, timely and efficient services, including PO's, travel allowances and the submission of timesheets. :

  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the project team
  • Receive and screen all inbound telephone calls, emails and mail
  • Evaluate, prioritize and distribute correspondence accordingly
  • Sourcing available rentals and furnishing, as required
  • Coordinate travel, as required
  • Organize and receive site deliveries
  • Be the first point of contact, receiving visitors at site and addressing all inquiries
  • Process and manage Purchase Orders, as well as procurement of construction materials
  • Prepare timesheets and submit to the Payroll Dept., on a weekly basis
  • Process monthly billing reports, as required
  • Maintain the central filing system
  • Provide all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2+ years? experience working as an administrator or coordinator (construction industry experience is an asset)
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures
  • Solid computer skills on programs such as, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
  • Superior time management and multitasking skills
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility
  • Ability to effectively interpret and implement company policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:
