Site Administrator

Job Description
Matrix is currently hiring a Site Administrator for a shutdown project in North of Fort MacMurray. This is a contract role lasting about 6 weeks.
Need to Know:
Pay: $28 - $31 /per hour - This is depending on experience
Location: North of Fort MacMurray AB
Shifts: Currently they are working a 6/1. This could stay the same OR straight through for 24 days
Hrs Per Day: 10 to 12 hour days
Tickets Required: CSTS 2009 OR CSO OR BSO Certification
Travel: Flights are paid for
Accomodations: This is CAMP
Candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting the daily duties of the site superintendent
- Booking Flights for workers
- Booking Camp Rooms for workers
- Timesheets
- Assistance with various paperwork
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Hard Working
- Good Attitude
- Quick Learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
