We're in search of a Site Administrator (1 open position) for one of our properties in Kingston.
You have:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel, and E-mail
Strong administrative skills and energy in this fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and procedure
Ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Good people skills and excellent customer service
the ability to interact positively with tenants and staff
