POSITION SUMMARY


The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.

PROJECT DETAILS


Local candidates preferred 4-month term from December 2025 to March 2026 Based out of our office in High Level

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES


General Administration/Communication:

Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications.

Payroll:

Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client.

Document Control

: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project.

Controls:

Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review

Purchasing:

Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs.

QUALIFICATIONS


5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset. Experience with document control Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset. Strong Skills with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX an asset
