If so, Vanpile has the perfect job opportunity for you!We are currently hiring an on-site administrator for a fly-in, fly-out position with a 21/7 shift rotation. This is a full-time job for 18 months in Prince Rupert and includes accommodation and travel expenses.Position: Site AdministratorSite Location: Prince Rupert - Fly in Fly outResponsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and travel & accommodations for the project.
  • Submit daily timesheets, ensuring accuracy and syncing data with the master spreadsheet following CBA\'s and schedules.
  • Coordinate accommodation to ensure all employees are booked in and out of camp according to schedules/rosters.
  • Organize travel arrangements for employees and visitors, based on schedules/rosters.
  • Handle ground transportation logistics.
  • Manage document control and compile reports.
  • Perform all necessary administrative tasks for the project and collaborate with the HR manager on all related matters.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and familiarity with Infinity (a bonus).
  • Excellent knowledge of databases.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail and discrepancy identification.
  • Able to operate office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.
  • Willingness to undertake various HR duties as needed.
