We are currently looking for a Site Administrator for an 18-month contract at our
Silverberry Landfill
located approximately 55km north of Fort St. John. This role will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Site Administrator is required to be proficient in ticket entry and must also provide internal and external customer service while answering the phones and greeting vendors. The Site Administrator will have a general knowledge of the paperwork flow of the facility and will be able to direct inquiries and problems that arise. The Site Administrator will be required to complete tasks as delegated by Site Manager. As a Site Administrator with us the minimum responsibilities are:
Demonstrating ownership of group vision and culture
Providing knowledgeable and courteous customer service to all clients and co-workers
Maintaining professional office appearance and ensuring adequate inventory supplies
Assisting with any template/document generation that may be required from Operations
Assisting the marketers, as required
Responsible for daily ticket entry and troubleshooting problem tickets
Managing the administration and maintenance of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Conducting general office administration:
o Filing, scanning, handling incoming/outgoing mail, updating phone and contact lists
Assisting with meeting all facility month end timelines and facility sign off
Assisting with safety tracking
Fulfilling any other administrative functions, as required
Assist with daily Volume balance
Assist with Statement management
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset
Minimum 1-year experience in administrative role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Adobe, and Access
Good time management and organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure, meet demanding deadlines and multiple changing priorities
Excellent teamwork and team building skills
Reliable self-starter with strong work ethic
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
