The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized and team-oriented
Operations Administrator
to join our team in
Coquitlam, British Columbia
. This role is a hybrid 18-month contract position. As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for data entry, billing, filing, and providing support to the sales team, instructors, and customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Operations Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries
Managing and updating company databases
Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies
Maintaining financial, employee, and client records
Drafting and mailing customer correspondence
Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
Minimum two years of prior work experience as an operations administrator or in a comparable role
Strong organizational skills, administrative skills, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

The base pay range for this role is: $39,600 to $59,400 annual salary, depending on experience.
