What You'll Do

Help build, move, and set up signage, posts, and site materials Assist the crew with lifting, loading, and positioning signs Use power tools and equipment (we'll train you on anything new) Help keep the shop and vehicles organized and ready for jobs Pitch in on vinyl graphics, cleanup, and general shop work when needed Occasionally assist on installs or maintenance jobs with senior team members

Who You Are

Reliable, punctual, and ready to put in a solid day's work Comfortable using tools, working outdoors, and getting a bit dirty Have a

Class 5 driver's licence

(or working toward it) Physically able to lift, climb, and work safely at various heights Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required)

Experience in

construction, landscaping, farm work, or trades

Fall protection or first aid certification Mechanical or electrical interest
