Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing technical tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that equipment operates efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This position will be responsible for the Manufactureand assembly of various signs, including LED digital boards, channel letters, billboards, light boxes, etc.

Responsibilities

Prepare and adjust machine settings and attachments for different sign-making tasks. Operate CNC machines and other equipment to cut, shape, and produce signs from various materials. Clean and maintain the workspace to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment. Inspect finished signs and components for defects, ensuring they meet quality and design specifications. Load, feed, and place materials (such as acrylic, PVC, or aluminum) into machines for cutting, engraving, or printing. Assemble and finish signs, including processes such as mounting, framing, and applying vinyl graphics or other elements. Use hand tools and power tools to trim, grind, clean, or finish sign components to their final form. Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be proficient in CorelDRAW software or similar graphic design software, and willing to learn CorelDRAW if not already familiar. Strong computer operation skills. Understanding of signage materials and production processes; prior experience is preferred. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Attention to detail and the ability to ensure precise specifications are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.34-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
