About the Role

We're hiring a

Installer

to join our team. This hands-on role involves supporting the production process and assisting with installations of printed materials like adhesive vinyl, banners, rigid materials and dimensional signage.

You'll be trained on installation techniques while providing an extra set of hands to help ensure accuracy, and high-quality results. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, practical environment.

A valid Ontario driver's license and

minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean abstract

are essential, as you will regularly drive a company vehicle to client sites.

Responsibilities

Perform basic installations of products and equipment according to specifications and guidelines Install wooden structures Assist with printing, cutting, laminating, and prepping materials in the production area Drive company vehicle to job sites for installs and occasional deliveries Move materials and equipment as necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety measures are followed Maintain clear communication with team members Use measuring tools and apply basic math to ensure accurate placements and dimensions Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on-site Document completed installations and report any discrepancies or concerns to management This is a regular business hours position, you would need to be available for early morning, evening, or overnight installs as required

Requirements

License:

Valid

Ontario G Driver's License

with a

clean driver's abstract

and

at least 5 years of driving experience

Detail-Oriented:

Strong eye for accuracy, alignment, and quality finish

Math & Measuring Skills:

Comfortable using measuring tools and working with dimensions

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions and safety protocols

Computer Skills:

Well versed in Microsoft Office

Physical Ability:

Capable of lifting materials

Flexibility:

Willingness to work non-standard hours when needed

Preferred (But Not Required)

Past experience in signage industry Past experience with construction, or hands-on tasks working independently, following directions, plans or blueprints Familiarity with wide-format printing, laminating, or cutting equipment. Any experience with installation of adhesive vinyl on vehicles, walls or other.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
