Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting the Lead Installer with various signage installations, while ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist the lead hand with signage installations and vinyls according to specifications and company standards. Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Conduct site assessments prior to installation to identify any potential challenges or requirements. Collaborate with team members inside and outside the shop Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess a valid driver's license. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to installation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
