Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various construction and maintenance tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with various construction tasks, including carpentry and general labor duties. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various projects. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently. Apply caulking and other finishing materials as required for project completion. Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools commonly used in construction. Experience in construction or related fields is preferred. Basic carpentry skills, including framing, installation, and finishing work. Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing gaps in structures. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by job tasks. Competence in reading blueprints and understanding project layouts. Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in maintenance tasks. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 80 per week
