We are looking for qualified siders who at the

minimum

3 years of siding experience

either in residential or commercial.

Must have:

Certificates

1. Fall Protection (Fall Pro)

2. Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP)

PPE:

1. Hard hat

2. Reflective vest / Jacket

3. Steel Toes Boots

4. Eye Protection

Tools:

- All necessary tools

Alcohol & Drug Requirements:

- One may not have any on the worksite, or in any way be intoxicated during work.

Duties

For the next year, we are booked with Hardie (plank/board), vinyl, and metal work. Applicants can do just one of these or multiple, but are not required to know all. Install products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper installation and finish. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various installation projects. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary materials. Be able to build to standard building code. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a maintenance person or installer, with a strong understanding of carpentry principles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with heavy lifting, capable of handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Proper Sign in Sign out procedure A reliable way to make it to work (Edmonton).

Pay: $26.00-$37.98 per hour
