Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various products according to specifications and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Installer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, utilizing hand tools, and performing heavy lifting as necessary.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials (vinyl, wood, metal, fiber cement, etc.). Prepare and repair surfaces to ensure proper installation. Seal, caulk, and weatherproof siding to prevent water and air leaks. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment. Follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications and skills

Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing siding materials. 2 years of experience required Reliable vehicle Knowledge of construction safety practices and building codes. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to read and follow blueprints or technical drawings. Good teamwork and communication skills. Time management to meet project deadlines.
