Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the capability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations that meet our company standards and customer expectations.

Duties

Perform installation tasks for various products, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks. Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and equipment to job sites. Apply caulking and other finishing materials to ensure a professional appearance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Proven commercial experience in siding installation. Strong skills in heavy lifting, with the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. Experience with caulking and finishing techniques is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job location. All kind of commercial tickets such as boom lift ticket, harness certification, first aid certification are required.
