Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong foundation in construction-related tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Installer will play a vital role in delivering high-quality results for our clients' projects.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure accurate execution of projects. Use hand tools and power tools to install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, or other building components. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for installation processes. Apply caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques to ensure proper insulation and aesthetic quality. Coordinate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person work is highly preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation is a plus. Hands-on experience with hand tools, caulking, and other installation materials is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various working conditions. Prior experience working on construction sites or renovation projects will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
