Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, and repairing various products and systems at client sites. This role requires a strong understanding of construction and carpentry principles, as well as the ability to interpret blueprints and work with hand tools. The Installer will play a crucial part in ensuring that projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure precise execution of projects. Use hand tools and power tools to install, assemble, or repair structures, fixtures, or equipment. Perform construction tasks including framing, caulking, sealing, and other related activities. Conduct heavy lifting of materials or equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and adhere to project specifications. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate project timelines and resolve any issues that arise during installation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person work is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools and an understanding of construction techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Experience with caulking and sealing techniques is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in installation roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
