Del's Exteriors is an exterior siding, soffit/fascia, stucco company, focused on new residential development in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We foster an environment that is energetic and fast-paced while promoting the values of trust, honesty, integrity, and excellence.
As we kick off the season, we are looking to hire multiple experienced, ambitious, and dedicated full-time Siding Installers.
This position is right for you if you have Siding installation experience in residential large scale construction.
Responsibilities:
Follow schedules to install Hardie Board, Siding, paper strapping, flashing, Blueskin, window and door trim, posts, beams, fascia, soffit, siding, and exterior insulation. Estimate time, material, equipment, and supplies needed for the project Operate hand/power tools, and other equipment relevant to exterior siding Capable of performing errands: carry/deliver materials, tools, and equipment, as assigned. Work with sub trades and other team members while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Adhere to safety policies, and safe work practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of industry experience Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure Able to operate Scissor Lifts and Zoom Booms Ability to perform manual labor associated with the trade Ability to work at heights Driver's license & transportation required - ability to pull a small trailer

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
