TITLE: SHUTTLE DRIVER (DZ Driver)

SUMMARY

Here we grow again! Morton Food Service is currently seeking to fill a position for a Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional service to our customers. The position requires at a minimum a DZ license. At Morton we offer a competitive salary based on experience and a benefit package.

Driver will be required to run a shuttle from Niagara Falls to Woodstock and return on a nightly basis Sunday to Thursday with an approximate start time between 9 and 10 pm. The driver would also be required, when needed, to assist the delivery driver with the delivery of product to our customers, when and during peak delivery times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide superior customer service to build and maintain relationships with customers. Safely operate our trucks following all MTO and Morton regulations. Daily pre and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any unsafe conditions immediately to the direct supervisor. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. Capable of working in a team as well as individually.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Valid DZ or AZ license. Clean driver's abstract and CVOR Minimum 2-year DZ/AZ driver experience required Experience in Customer Service Capable of lifting up to 50lbs repetitively Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision Able to work longer hours at times until the delivery is complete based on volume and seasonality
