The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers. Shuttle Drivers provide a high level of customer service and ensure that shuttle vehicles are kept in top condition.

Job Duties:

Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner Pick up and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent Listens to and documents customer needs and expectations throughout the visit Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability, and services due Additional duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Possess:

Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude Organized with attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed Ability to manage customer concerns and solve difficult problems Self-motivated with excellent work ethic Loves a fast-paced environment Computer skills and an understanding of technology
