Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, this position will be responsible for picking up and dropping off customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers who enter the service centre Drive customers to their desired location; pick up customers to bring to the service centre Oversee cleanliness and safety of waiting room, cafe and common areas. Ensure coffee and tea supplies are replenished Any other duties as may be required such as assisting the Lot Attendant Team
Skills and Qualifications
Class 4 Driver's license with clean abstract is required Strong communication and customer service skills Display a friendly and professional approach to all customers and visitors Highly organized and able to interact well with Customers and Dealership Staff Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively
Candidates that make it to the final stages of the recruitment process may be required to submit a driver's abstract.
