POSITION PROFILE

Shuttle Driver

your Commitment to exceptional guest service with clean driving record and previously experience as an Airport Shuttle Driver.

Experience skill & Duties

Valid Class 5 License is required, with a clear driving abstract. Previously transport experience with hotel shuttle experience being an asset. Ability to assist guests with loading and unloading their luggage (up to 50 lbs) Great customer service and communication skill. Ability to multitask, with good time management skills Able to adapt to different situation and prioritized task accordingly. Able to work independently as part of a team Willing to learn and provide the best experience to our guest. Pick and drop-off hotel guest at the Calgary International/Domestic Airport and local hangers. Assist with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle. Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle, inside and out. Perform daily maintenance check of the shuttle bus /Van. Assist with guest requests and questions. Resolve guest issue to the best of your ability. Always ensure a professional and friendly manner. Communicate efficiently with all other hotel department. Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and our service. Assist with Housekeeping department as necessary. Clean, dust and vacuum lobby, breakfast area, public areas, hallways as needed Perform shifts in the laundry room involving the sorting and folding of linen Understand and implement the proper use of cleaning supplies Ensuring that staff room & storage areas are always clean and tidy Follow all safe work practices in addition to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean, safe hazard-free work area all the time Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Other duties as assigned

Experience:

Driving 2 years (Preferred)

License/ Certification: - Class 5 Driver's License (required) with current Abstract

Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs
