Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to transport guests between our hotel and designated locations such as airports, and other local areas in Labrador West. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, timely, and courteous transportation experience while representing high standards of service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate the hotel shuttle vehicle along designated routes and schedules. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues. Keep the shuttle clean and presentable at all times. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, and passenger logs. Follow all traffic laws and hotel safety protocols. Communicate effectively with front desk and travel clerk to coordinate pickups and drop-offs. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Valid class 4 driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous driving experience, preferably in hospitality or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 50lbs Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
