Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to operate vehicles for transporting passengers safely and efficiently. This role involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring timely and secure transportation within designated routes. The ideal candidate will have experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or as a delivery driver, with strong communication skills and a focus on safety and maintenance.

Duties

Safely operate shuttle buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles to transport passengers to various locations Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service throughout the journey Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices Manage schedules and routes efficiently, making adjustments as needed for traffic or passenger needs Handle heavy lifting when necessary, such as loading or unloading luggage or equipment Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members to coordinate transportation services Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper documentation and vehicle inspections

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, limousine services, or as a delivery driver is preferred Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving and paratransit services Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with passengers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting when required and conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks Excellent customer service skills with a focus on safety and reliability Experience in heavy lifting, vehicle maintenance, or school bus driving is a plus Reliable transportation to meet scheduling demands

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
