Are you a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented driver looking for an exciting role in the hospitality industry? Nita Lake Lodge Resort & Spa is seeking Shuttle Drivers for full-time positions to provide safe and efficient transportation for our guests while delivering exceptional service and sharing your knowledge of Whistler's best experiences.

Position Summary:

As a Shuttle Driver, you will be an integral part of the Front Office Guest Services Team, ensuring guests enjoy seamless transportation between Nita Lake Lodge, Whistler Village, and Creekside. This role requires safe driving practices, excellent guest service, and flexibility to adapt to seasonal transportation needs.

Whether running on a schedule or providing on-demand service, you will play a vital role in enhancing guest experiences, ensuring their comfort, and providing local insights to make their stay memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the Nita Lake Lodge shuttle while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and providing local recommendations. Manage shuttle operations efficiently, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Coordinate guest pick-ups and drop-offs, adapting to seasonal service models. Provide valet assistance when required and support the Bell Attendant team. Assist guests with outdoor equipment (bicycles, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, skis, and luggage). Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle and ensure it is in excellent operational condition. Support the Front Office team with property upkeep tasks as needed. Be an ambassador of Nita Lake Lodge and Whistler, sharing insights and recommendations.

What You Bring to the Role:

Valid BC Class 4 Unrestricted Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of Whistler and surrounding areas is an asset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests professionally and warmly. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (assisting with luggage and outdoor equipment). Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently while staying proactive.
