Overview


We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to operate company vehicles and transport passengers safely and efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transportation services for clients and staff, requiring excellent driving skills, strong communication, and a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of vehicle maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to navigate routes confidently. Duties



Safely operate shuttle vehicles along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, checking for mechanical issues or safety concerns Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, tire inspections, and minor repairs when necessary Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports Respond promptly to any roadside issues or emergencies during shifts

Experience



Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Prior experience in commercial driving or shuttle services preferred Mechanical knowledge or basic maintenance skills are advantageous Strong communication skills in English to interact professionally with passengers and team members Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations courteously Knowledge of safety protocols related to vehicle operation and passenger transport
This role requires a responsible individual dedicated to safety, punctuality, and delivering exceptional service. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while maintaining clear communication with team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$24.37 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
