is seeking a Full Time Service Shuttle Driver/Valet.We are looking for an energetic, positive team player to join our service team. The position requires an organized, dedicated, patient and very personable individual that works well under pressure, can multi-task and communicate well and deliver value to the customer. We are looking for someone who practices active listening when accommodating customer needs while showing empathy.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and work in a fast pace high stress environment Knowledge of the city of Calgary Customer service related experience is a must
Key Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional customer service by providing safe and timely alternate transportation Ensure that the interior and exterior of shuttle is properly maintained and fueled on an ongoing basis Check in of all shuttle customers Maintaining Shuttle information logs and required paperwork Assist in other duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
