Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and staff.

Duties

Operate shuttle vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality of the shuttle. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle at all times. Assist with heavy lifting of luggage or equipment as needed, ensuring safe handling practices are followed. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or passenger needs.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting positively with passengers. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear interactions with passengers and team members.
