Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle.

Duties:
- Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle vehicle
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle vehicle
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries or concerns

Skills:
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers
- Ability to maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle
- Basic mechanical knowledge for performing routine inspections and identifying potential issues
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
