Our retail branches are Splashes Bath & Kitchen, helping homeowners that are looking to find beautiful fixtures such as bathtubs, sinks, faucets, toilets and showers.
As a Showroom Sales Consultant at Splashes Kitchen and Bath, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers visiting our showroom. You will assist them in selecting products, and making purchasing decisions related to kitchen and bath projects. Your role will involve a combination of sales, consultations, and customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Starting wage is $20.80-$24.00 per hour, plus commission. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience. This opportunity includes a 40 hour workweek and the requirement to work Saturdays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting all customers
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
Maximize sales opportunities to achieve store targets
Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times
Present product features, specifications, pricing, and warranty information accurately and persuasively
Ensure adherence to operating and security procedures at all times
Process cash transactions
Keep product knowledge up to date and remain current with trends
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Execute opening and closing procedures
Essential:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Sales driven and goal oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system
Ability to build relationships with customers
Excellent interpersonal skills
Previous retail/sales experience
Completion of Grade 12 required
Completion of post-secondary education is considered an asset
