Job Description


As a Sales Consultant at Volvo Cars Hamilton, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience throughout their car-buying journey. This is a full commission role, offering earning potential for dedicated and results-driven individuals. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, answering inquiries, and offering product information.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Volvo products, features, and promotions, and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and preferences of customers and recommend suitable Volvo vehicles, features, and financing options.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads, both inbound and outbound, to identify potential customers and opportunities for sales.
  • Test Drives: Coordinate and conduct test drives to allow customers to experience Volvo vehicles firsthand.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are accurately completed for the sale and financing process.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchase and the overall buying experience, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize earnings.
  • Product Presentation: Keep the showroom and inventory well-maintained and presentable, reflecting the high standards of the Volvo brand.
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and dealership management systems.
  • A valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
