Join us now and give your career a home.Showroom ManagerToronto, ON / Full-time (Fully On-site)(Fixed Term Contract - 3 to 6 months)Pay rate $72,588 - $96,784Your responsibilitiesThe Showroom Manager is responsible for increasing the awareness of BSH Brands, products, and services by leveraging the appliance showroom/studio as a sales resource. Oversees all facets of the showroom, including programming, marketing, trade and consumer services, contractor/vendor services and staffing.This position also provides back up to the Product Trainer and District Sales Managers in the planning and execution of visits and events.Leadership

  • Oversees staffing and contract team members leading recruitment and training for assigned showroom location
  • Coaches, develops and mentors staff through BSH performance tools
  • Supervises team in optimizing facility use via scheduled appointments, trainings, events, culinary demos and meetings
Operations
  • Interfaces with executive management for reporting on showroom KPI\'s and planning purposes
  • Owns the planning, tracking and generation of showroom location budgetary reports
  • Accountable for reporting of defined KPI\'s and scorecards on showroom traffic, leads programs and appointments
  • Oversees the delivery of all showroom events and logistics, including in-showroom training programs, media and brand activations, corporate inquiries and annual conference hosting
  • Monitors timely response to public inquiries and leads generated by the brand websites and additional touch points
Marketing
  • Generates outreach initiatives to drive specifier, builder, dealer & consumer traffic to showroom per brand
  • Liaisons with PR agencies to plan and execute brand events and advertising for the showroom
  • Owns social media strategy and presence leveraging agency support in adherence with global guidelines
  • Develops and oversees execution of all premium brand trade marketing programs and events executed through the showroom
  • Maintains accuracy of showroom marketing assets including website and external communications
  • Actively builds and maintains relationships with trade associations, designers, architects, builders and dealers while promoting BSH brands as first selection
  • Attends trade events outside of showroom with local and regional trade organizations
  • Actions as needed on consumer NPS data and feedback
  • Educates designers, builders and consumers on BSH products and demonstrates the products design and functionality capabilities as needed
Programming
  • Interfaces with sales leaders and marketing to create programming and value-added services to develop and convert sales leads
  • Finalizes all showroom activities approving execution plans with ROI\'s aligned to BSH principles and business goals
  • Directs the development of culinary programming and brand events targeting customer, dealer and specifier brand awareness and engagement
  • Allocates resources to showroom activities reviewing ROI and alignment to business goals
  • Identifies needed Salesforce updates and leverages tool for reporting
  • Utilizes staff to oversee event logistics supporting training activities and showroom programs
Facilities Manager
  • Ownership of asset management, inventory and reporting compliance
  • Owns the relationships and communication with professional contractors supporting the showroom: chefs, event and delivery teams, product installers, cabinet makers, maintenance & repair people
  • Ensures Health and Safety standards for location
  • Sources and negotiates with vendors, acquiring quotes and bids as needed to makes selections and execute in accordance with BSH purchasing policies as needed
  • Functions as an office manager as needed, overseeing and maintaining equipment and supplies as needed
  • May delegate some of the above responsibilities to others and supervise execution
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
Your Profile
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Marketing or Business) \xe2\x80\x93 Required
  • 5-7 Years of Experience (Marketing, Sales, or Luxury Retail experience) \xe2\x80\x93 Required
  • 5-7 Years of Experience (Appliance Industry, Interior Design, Architecture, or Media Experience) \xe2\x80\x93 Required
  • Bilingual in French and English (English only acceptable if not in Quebec)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
  • Ability to multi task
  • Analytical approach to resource management
  • Capable of learning and technical product information
  • Ability to use MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for administrative competency
  • Ability to use Salesforce
  • Travel Percentage \xe2\x80\x93 10%
