Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized,engaging and tech-savvy

Showroom Host

. This position will be responsible for managing our social media presence to engage our audience and promote our products, assist in the operation of our showroom and new client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Hosting:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmth Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom Provide product information and answer basic customer inquiries Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications Maintain and organize sample libraries

Social Media Management:

Plan and post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Showcase new flooring styles, projects, and showroom updates Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries Track analytics and recommend strategies for growth

Administrative Tasks:

Use Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, communication, and calendar management Assist with internal communication and basic clerical support

Qualifications:

Customer service oriented, with an understanding of luxury market placement. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, contacts) and Microsoft Office Familiar with major social media platforms (especially Instagram & Facebook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Interest or background in design, interiors, or flooring is a plus
