Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and design-minded

Marketing & Showroom Coordinator

to manage showroom appointments, support client communications, and lead day-to-day coordination of brand and marketing efforts.

This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, thrives in a well-structured environment, and has a strong eye for visual presentation. You'll serve as the key link between clients, the sales team, and our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Showroom Coordination

Manage and coordinate all booked client appointments; prepare samples and personalized material packages in advance. Greet and host clients in the showroom; provide product knowledge and support with selections. Log client preferences and notes in CRM and ensure clear communication with the sales team. Follow up after visits with thank-you notes, sample shipments, and satisfaction check-ins. Coordinate weekly sample inventory, showroom upkeep, and replenishment with operations. Support in coordinating client requests, order progress updates, and timelines across departments.

Marketing Support & Content Management

Coordinate social media content calendar and assist in the creation of branded materials (Reels, posts, newsletters). Design simple digital/print assets such as lookbooks, signage, and flyers using

Photoshop

,

Canva

, or similar tools. Support email marketing and website content updates (project galleries, product features, blogs). Organize digital asset libraries, photo archives, and marketing files. Track basic analytics and assist with monthly performance reporting. Assist in coordinating trade shows, seasonal campaigns, and influencer or client collaborations.

Required Qualifications

3 years in customer service, showroom operations, marketing, or coordination roles

Diploma in Marketing, Design, or a related field

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools

Experience using CRM systems to track client interactions (platform-agnostic)

Strong aesthetic sensibility--familiarity with colour, texture, and interior-design trends

Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Availability to work Saturdays

Preferably holds a valid driver's license
