As a Bartle and Gibson Showroom Sales Consultant, you are welcoming and enthusiastic about providing an exceptional experience to every client, 5 days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Daytime hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday hours are from 9:00am - 1:00pm. You greet all your clients and guide them through the process of purchasing the right product for their project. Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our showroom, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, guiding them through product selections, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have a passion for customer service and sales, we want to hear from you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend the best products Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and assisting with product selections Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Provide quotes for clients and follow ups Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well-organized and visually appealing Continually improve on product knowledge and stay up to date on the latest trends and innovative technology Collaborate with team members to ensure showroom operations run smoothly Develop and retain strong relationships with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, contractors and homeowners Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information Handle special orders, requests, issues/concerns with enthusiasm and efficiency Examine and resolve customer issues, address short payments, and returns in a timely fashion Conduct after sales service with customers Maintain a professional image and personal sense of style in all engagements Other duties as required

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Enthusiastic and welcoming Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Grade 12 education required Candidates should possess a minimum of two years' sales experience preferably in a retail or showroom setting Knowledge of the fixture products would be considered an asset
