Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Showroom Advisor is a front facing role that will offer top of the line service to our customers. This individual aims to develop new customers and continue to provide solutions to existing ones. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Proactively listen to customer needs and advise on best product fit. \xc2\xb7 Develop customer relationships and add value and support to the client base. \xc2\xb7 Proactively develop sales leads and opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Execute inbound and outbound communication with customers, via phone and email. \xc2\xb7 Enter customer orders into ERP. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with the warehouse team to coordinate in person orders. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the showroom is kept clean and always organized. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with customers to ensure service levels are met. \xc2\xb7 Maintain updated information for customer records, prospects, and proposals through CRM. \xc2\xb7 Update customers on products, modifications, changes, and enhancements. \xc2\xb7 Offer positive contributions to our culture and business environment. \xc2\xb7 Represent Marathon with dignity and respect. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 High school graduation or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Formal sales and customer service training an asset. \xc2\xb7 Cabinet Hardware experience is an asset but willing to train the right person. Skills: \xc2\xb7 Ability to work as part of a team and independently. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task with attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Impeccable customer service business etiquette. \xc2\xb7 Impeccable phone manners and email etiquette. \xc2\xb7 Excellent computer skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work and communicate with diverse groups. \xc2\xb7 Organized, autonomous, and resourceful. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
