•Oakwood Nissan is seeking a talented Parts Advisor to join our team! •




Key responsibilities:


• Create quotes, and invoices.
• Assist customers at the front counter with parts needs.
• Handle customer phone calls.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately filled in a timely matter.
• Maintain accurate inventory.




Qualifications:


• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High customer service satisfaction expectations.
• Proficient in computer systems such as PBS (dealer management system) and Office365 apps.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.
• Previous Parts experience is preferred, but not required.
• Have a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract and criminal record check upon hire.
